Nour Ali graduated with an MA in Ceramics from Cardiff school of Art and Design and has since set up her Ceramic studio in Beirut, and exhibited her work in the UK, USA, France, Turkey and Lebanon. Working primarily with clay, her work revolves mainly around the understanding of clay as a material and experimenting with it. Exploring and highlighting its strength and weakness through different making processes and untraditional techniques.
She has also been experimenting with merging clay with different materials, glass being a main focus, using different techniques such as kiln casting and glass blowing.
